I hope you will quickly come to see that photography is my passion. Something that has been a love of mine for a very long time—a skill I have honed and improved upon over most of my life. My favorite thing about my job is capturing truth—truth in connection, truth in beauty, truth in love, truth in joy and expression. This isn’t easy. It takes time. It takes confidence. It takes creativity. And, it takes patience. And it’s so worth it! I try hard to offer only my very best to each and every client I work with. I truly enjoy spending time with my clients, getting to know who I am capturing and helping the uneasiness that so many people feel in front of the camera melt away as we move from strangers to friends.
These days, most shoot take place on our 100 acre farm in Louisa, Virginia. It is graced with lush green fields that we let grow tall through the summer, expansive skies, gorgeous sunsets and vibrant flower fields. However, I still occasionally will venture off our little slice of heaven for a location shoot. I’d love to work with you and capture something amazing!
